Pasang showed his true colors when in 2009 he came to the rescue of Gavin Bate near Mount Everest's Second Step at 8,500m. Carrying Gavin on his back down the North Face in the middle of a HAPE emergency, Pasang cemented a lifelong bond. Today, he manages all logistics, planning, and operations for Adventure Alternative Nepal with absolute dedication to safety.

Chhongba holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from university, but dedicated his life to mountain guiding and local charity development. He acts as the chairman of Moving Mountains Nepal, co-planning and executing schools, clinics, and hydro-electric plants, while guiding elite trekkers across Nepal.

Geljen spent his childhood in Bupsa and has been climbing and guiding in the extreme zones of the Himalayas since 2005. Along with his directorship and role as Treasurer of Moving Mountains charity, he and his family run their own cozy lodge in Bupsa, welcoming climbers on the trail.
