Environmental
- **144 native trees planted** (12 per traveler)
- **2.4 tonnes of trail waste removed** (via our Waste-Out program)

Economic
- **94% of trip costs stay in Nepal** — guides, porters, teahouses, local suppliers
- **$48,000 donated** to local education through our school scholarship fund
- **18 porter children** received full school scholarships
- **3 community medical clinics** supported in Solukhumbu
Social
- **Living wages for all staff** — porters earn 3× the industry minimum
- **Equipment provided** — warm jackets, boots, and sleeping bags for every porter
- **Weight limits enforced** — no porter carries more than 25 kg
